Contracts Specialist

Hourly pay: $28.00–$35.00

What you will do

• Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents.
• Maintain electronic contract files in ZOLL’s contract lifecycle management software.
• Support Field Sales, Customer Service, National Accounts, and senior management with contract, pricing, data, and reporting requests.
• Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle.
• Review contract terms and conditions for compliance with standard policies and legal requirements, escalating issues for review when needed.
• Complete department projects assigned by the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of contracts experience preferred.
• Experience with contracts and National Accounts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, databases, and internet-based tools.
• Ability to prioritize work, retain processes and procedures, and work independently after training.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reporting software such as Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Oracle and other ERP systems.
