Enterprise Digital Applications - SAP (SAP MM/Ariba): Delivering and supporting digital supply chain projects and systems across SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, and SupplyOn with an accent on requirements analysis, functional specifications, configuration, testing, and deployment. Focus on solving complex support issues, coordinating internal and external teams, and leading project activities in a global manufacturing environment.
Location: Hybrid role based in Queretaro, Mexico, with office attendance as needed; up to 10% domestic and international travel.

What you will do
- Deliver and support digital supply chain projects involving SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, and SupplyOn.
- Analyze business needs and implement solutions aligned with the SAP and IT landscape.
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests with internal and external teams across local and global operations.
- Gather requirements, write functional specifications, prepare training materials, support testing, customize systems, transport changes, and deploy solutions to production.
- Estimate project effort and schedules, recommend solution options, and support knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience as an SAP functional consultant, including SAP MM, direct and indirect procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Ariba SLP, Ivalua, and SupplyOn.
- Hands-on experience with implementation or rollout projects, including blueprinting and configuration.
- Proven IT support experience resolving incidents and service requests, along with experience managing vendor teams.
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, negotiation, prioritization, and project-management skills.
- Business-fluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid environment with flexible hours are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP WM, SAP PP, SAP PM/QM, S4HANA, SAP LSMW, SAPscript, SAPforms, or SAP ABAP.
