TL;DR
SAP OTC Lead (SAP S/4HANA): Leading Order-to-Cash implementation, rollout, and support programs for manufacturing and distribution operations in Mexico with an accent on customer master data, sales order management, delivery processing, billing, credit management, and returns. Focus on designing integrated SAP solutions, optimizing mobile warehouse delivery execution, and coordinating fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Location: Mexico; remote work with required travel twice a month to Ciudad Juarez

is hiring for an SAP implementation role supporting manufacturing and distribution operations in Mexico.
What you will do
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
- Manage OTC processes including customer master data, sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit management, returns, and intercompany transactions.
- Optimize Mobile Data Entry and simplified push delivery processes, including goods issue confirmation, inventory visibility, barcode scanning, and mobile warehouse operations.
- Integrate OTC processes with MM, WM/EWM, PP, Transportation, and FICO modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, logistics teams, and technical resources to standardize processes and improve user adoption.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Data Entry and mobile-based warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of OTC integration with MM, WM/EWM, PP, Transportation, and FICO.
- Experience leading SAP implementations, rollouts, and support programs in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Must be based in Mexico and travel to Ciudad Juarez twice a month.
- Experience supporting localization and business requirements for Mexico operations.
