TL;DR
SAP WMMDE Lead (Mexico) (SAP Warehouse Management/Mobile Data Entry): Leading end-to-end warehouse process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and distribution operations with an accent on inventory management, logistics execution, and mobile warehouse transactions. Focus on implementing simplified push delivery processes, integrating SAP WM/MDE with OTC, MM, PP, FICO, transportation, and third-party logistics systems, and coordinating cutover and hypercare activities.
Location: Remote in Mexico with travel to Ciudad Juarez twice a month

What you will do
- Lead SAP Warehouse Management and Mobile Data Entry implementations in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Design, configure, test, deploy, and support warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Implement mobile-enabled simplified push delivery processes, including inventory movements, outbound delivery execution, goods issue confirmation, barcode scanning, and warehouse transactions.
- Integrate WM/MDE processes with SAP OTC, MM, PP, FICO, transportation, and third-party logistics systems.
- Lead fit-gap workshops, business process validation, SITUAT testing, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, business, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable warehouse management solutions for Mexico operations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP Warehouse Management, SAP Extended Warehouse Management, and Mobile Data Entry solutions.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse structure setup, storage bin management, picking, packing, shipping, stock transfers, cycle counting, and logistics execution.
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience with manufacturing and distribution operations, process integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Must be based in Mexico and travel to Ciudad Juarez twice a month.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
