Senior Manufacturing Process Technician (Biotech)

What you will do

• Execute solid oral dosage manufacturing operations according to batch records, SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety practices.
• Set up, operate, monitor, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment used for granulation, blending, and tablet compression.
• Handle materials, dispensing, equipment assembly, processing, in-process monitoring, changeovers, and area turnaround.
• Troubleshoot routine process and equipment issues and escalate conditions requiring additional technical or leadership support.
• Complete batch records, equipment logs, and other GMP documentation accurately and contemporaneously.
• Identify improvements to safety, quality, equipment reliability, manufacturing efficiency, and workplace organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant hands-on technical experience, or an associate degree plus 6 months of experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, maintenance, warehousing, logistics, or comparable hands-on technical work.
• Ability to follow GMP, safety, quality, compliance, and Good Documentation Practices requirements.
• Strong communication, teamwork, situational awareness, reliability, accountability, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with solid oral dosage processes, especially granulation, blending, or tablet compression.
• Experience operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, cleaning, and changing over manufacturing equipment.
