Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global is a global staffing company representing a BlackRock-backed fintech that operates an AI-powered marketplace and back-office platform for the real estate bridge loan market.

What you will do

• Translate the company roadmap into detailed product requirements, including user stories, states, edge cases, data contracts, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Partner with software engineers and designers on technical specifications, feature requests, workflow optimization, and user experience.
• Own the full delivery cycle from discovery and definition through sprint execution, QA, launch, and adoption.
• Design workflows for underwriters, analysts, deal flow partners, borrowers, and credit stakeholders with different needs and levels of product engagement.
• Work directly with analysts and underwriters to understand workflows inside and outside the system.
• Define human-in-the-loop checkpoints, evaluate automation boundaries, and establish KPIs tied to measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including work on complex B2B platforms serving multiple distinct personas.
• End-to-end experience defining fintech platforms in lending, mortgages, credit, loan origination systems, capital markets, banking infrastructure, or a comparable domain.
• Strong UI/UX judgment and the ability to critique product flows with specificity.
• Technical depth covering data models, pipelines, and the reliability limitations of AI systems.
• High attention to detail across states, empty cases, error paths, permissions, document quality, and inconsistent borrower data.
• Fluent English required; comfortable working across time zones with colleagues in New York, Israel, Poland, Spain, and Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI-native or agentic products where model output informs decisions owned by accountable humans.
• Previous background in design or engineering.
