Product Manager (Maritime Software)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, with a flexible hybrid work model

Salary: €4,500–€6,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap end to end and define product vision, goals, and KPIs.
• Lead discovery and validation for major features and product expansions.
• Translate business and internal user needs into requirements, user stories, use cases, process models, and wireframes.
• Align the roadmap with company and domain objectives and track feature impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, data management teams, subject-matter experts, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops and support backlog refinement, sprint commitments, reviews, and planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Understanding of modern UX expectations for internal tools, API-driven integrations, and practical data management.
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability, including breaking complex problems into actionable steps.
• Experience with strategic product thinking, roadmap development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong stakeholder communication skills.
