Head of Websites

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, with the option to work from home or anywhere in the world.

Salary: From €8,500 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Own the Websites and CRO roadmap end to end, including strategy, prioritization, testing decisions, and success KPIs.
• Lead the technical Websites, UX design, and CRO teams as one cross-functional function.
• Build and scale the organization by hiring and developing managers and specialists.
• Set the technical direction for the CMS, analytics stack, and web tooling with a multi-year perspective.
• Monitor conversion, engagement, and revenue KPIs and report ROI and business impact to executive leadership.
• Conduct market and competitor research and introduce relevant developments in web development, performance marketing, and AI-driven web tools.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, CRO, or web product leadership, including leading through managers.
• Proven ownership of revenue or conversion outcomes at company scale, supported by measurable results.
• Hands-on familiarity with web development, CMS platforms, and analytics tooling.
• Experience building and scaling cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, including executive-level communication.
• Experience with web hosting, website builders, or comparable customer-facing web platforms; SaaS experience with a self-serve, high-volume customer base is valuable.

Nice to have

• Experience operating at VP or equivalent executive scope.
• Direct ownership of budget and multi-team organizational design.
