TL;DR
Product Development Team Lead (E-commerce): Establishing scalable product development frameworks and leading the launch and improvement of global e-commerce products with an accent on private-label brand management, manufacturing opportunities, and cross-functional supply chain coordination. Focus on mentoring the competence center, leading complex negotiations, and navigating uncertainty across product design, function, and packaging.
Location: Hybrid role based in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania, with one work-from-home day each week and 20 additional remote days from anywhere in the world.
Salary: From €4,960 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Establish and optimize product development frameworks and build scalable ways of working.
- Lead the search for manufacturing opportunities across China, the EU, and the US.
- Provide expert leadership during high-stakes manufacturing negotiations.
- Oversee the end-to-end launch of new products and continuously improve the core portfolio, including design, function, and packaging.
- Mentor the competence center and share industry trends, competitor insights, and technical expertise.
- Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development, including team management or management of complex processes.
- 2+ years of experience in private-label or brand management focused on global, e-commerce-oriented products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt when needed.
- Strong ownership, leadership, mentoring, and internal alignment skills.
- Fluent English required for internal communication and external negotiations.
