What you will do

• Establish and optimize the frameworks for product development.
• Lead the search for new manufacturing opportunities in China, EU, and US, and provide leadership during high-stakes negotiations.
• Oversee the end-to-end launch of new products and the continuous improvement of the core portfolio.
• Act as a mentor and Knowledge Hub, sharing industry trends and technical expertise across the team.
• Sync logistics, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product development with a strong background in managing teams or complex processes.
• 2+ years in private label/brand management focused on global e-commerce products.
• Ability to navigate high levels of uncertainty and pivot strategy when necessary.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with tech or app-driven products is a plus.
• Fluent English proficiency for internal alignment and external negotiations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kaunas or Vilnius.
