Product Compliance & Standards Engineer (Regulatory Compliance)

What you will do

• Support product regulatory compliance programs and help identify, assess, and control compliance risks.
• Monitor product regulatory and technology requirements and translate regulatory changes into business requirements.
• Collect, assess, consolidate, and manage technical, certification, and regulatory information from engineering, testing, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with product development, design control, and operations teams to ensure compliance throughout product development, validation, and production.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, tools, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements, perform basic technical and data analysis, and support compliance assessments.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing and maintaining compliance data, test reports, certification documents, and regulatory records.
• Knowledge of risk management, decision-making, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• English communication skills are required in both spoken and written forms.

Nice to have

• Experience in product compliance, certification, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Ability to quickly learn global regulations, industry standards, and certification processes for electrification, automation, and connected products.
• Experience using data management, analysis, checklists, and quality-control tools.
