College Intern - Process and Digitalization (AI)

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop smart manufacturing solutions using AI, IIoT, smart vision systems, and automation.
• Work with high-speed and high-precision die attach equipment, wire bonders, chip attach equipment, over-mold tools, and other semiconductor packaging tools.
• Participate in concurrent projects covering current production, sustainability, and New Product Introduction.
• Build smart factory solutions that improve manufacturing quality and future-proof operations.
• Develop and define improved manufacturing processes through structured studies and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, AI, or a related field.
• Commitment to a 5–6 month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
• Willingness to learn and communicate ideas clearly in a team.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Practical and innovative approach to applying smart technology in manufacturing operations.

Nice to have

• Applied skills with Power BI, Power Automate, or Robotic Process Automation.
• Knowledge and applied skills in AI, IIoT, digitalization, machine learning, or software programming.
