Client Solutions Specialist - Front Line (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role based at 3 Parramatta Square in Parramatta, Australia, with a minimum of 2 office days per week.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers.
• Provide accurate support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
• Resolve client enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance targets and service standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes.
• Availability for a rotating Monday-to-Friday roster between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Availability to start in late September 2026.
• No prior financial services experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
