Senior DevSecOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Own infrastructure and DevSecOps projects from scope through production delivery.
• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure, including Lambda functions, ECS services, Terraform configurations, and networking.
• Manage end-to-end deployment processes and CI/CD practices with the development team.
• Use coding agents and help engineering teams adopt safe tooling, guardrails, and reusable patterns.
• Implement security controls and policies, remediate findings, and improve the overall security posture.
• Participate in an on-call rotation of one week every six, with additional remuneration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building and running secure, highly available web applications and integration services in AWS.
• Hands-on experience setting up, securing, managing, and monitoring containerised services in AWS ECS.
• Solid Terraform knowledge and a good understanding of AWS networking fundamentals.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or a similar tool.
• Confident scripting in Python, TypeScript, or Bash; daily comfort working in Linux environments.
• Production experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

Nice to have

• AWS DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with spec-driven development, MCP servers, agent tooling, or autonomous sandboxed coding agents.
• Experience with Cloudflare or Kubernetes.
• Interest in platform engineering and developer experience.
