What you will do
- Own the end-to-end ingestion of clinical data, from initial review through database integration.
- Work with partners to understand clinical datasets, structures, terminology, documentation, and gaps.
- Translate clinical trial data into structured, standardized, and usable formats for internal systems.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, traceability, accessibility, and compliance across projects.
- Partner with data, R&D, product, and engineering teams to define ingestion requirements and improve workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate data review, mapping, harmonization, and quality-control processes using AI and other technical solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with clinical trial data and clinical databases.
- Experience with clinical data harmonization processes.
- Strong technical curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows and scale operational processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues, resolve inconsistencies, and support clinical data platform improvements.
- Ability to bridge clinical and scientific stakeholders with technical and data teams.
