Senior Associate - Graphic Designing

What you will do

• Create accurate charts, graphs, tables, infographics, and other visuals representing scientific data and research findings.
• Design interactive visual elements for digital platforms to improve user engagement and understanding.
• Develop brochures, websites, presentations, social media ads, infographics, and 2D/3D static and animated content for print and digital channels.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools to produce high-quality designs.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, incorporate feedback, improve workflows, and train new graphic designers.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Experience with data visualization and scientific or research-based visual content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint.
• Project and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Training, mentorship, creative thinking, and collaboration skills.
