What you will do

• Build reusable GitLab CI/CD components and pipelines for multiple engineering teams.
• Build and operate highly available platform services and engineering infrastructure using AWX, HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, Proxmox, and Kubernetes.
• Operate reliable, efficient, and secure runner infrastructure for software delivery.
• Create automated tests and validation for safe platform upgrades and changes.
• Write durable documentation explaining platform architecture, decisions, and usage.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for multiple engineering teams.
• Strong Linux fundamentals, especially Debian-based systems and APT.
• Hands-on experience with containers, Bash, Ansible, Kubernetes, and observability stacks such as LGTM.
• Experience operating and evolving production systems.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Careful and conscientious approach to changes affecting shared engineering systems.

Nice to have

• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, routing, DHCP, and firewalling.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools for development, operations, documentation, or knowledge sharing.
• Developer-experience focus, personal projects, open-source contributions, homelabs, or other evidence of technical curiosity.
