Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Establish the drug discovery framework for the psychiatry portfolio.
• Develop and implement research workflows integrating complex multimodal datasets.
• Align discovery and development activities with cross-functional program goals.
• Support strategic decision-making in psychiatry drug discovery.
• Provide scientific guidance and mentorship to junior scientists and research associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with 16 years of related experience, a master’s degree or PharmD with 14 years, or a PhD with 8 years of related experience.
• Industry experience in early discovery for psychiatry.
• Experience with neurophysiology or functional approaches, including designing and executing studies of synaptic and circuit modulation relevant to psychiatric indications.
• Strong understanding of neural circuits, multimodal neurophysiological methodologies, and translational utility.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate scientific findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building translational frameworks or predictive approaches for functional biology data.
