Staff Product Manager (Checkout)

Location: Remote, based in Brazil

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for checkout.
• Lead the development and launch of new checkout capabilities with engineering and design.
• Drive customer adoption and migration from legacy checkout solutions.
• Improve checkout performance, customer experience, and conversion rates through experimentation and data analysis.
• Partner with Growth and Commercial teams on go-to-market strategies and customer adoption.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to move from product briefs to prototypes and validated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with strong product leadership and ownership.
• Experience managing complex digital products, ideally in e-commerce, fintech, payments, checkout, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital commerce, checkout experiences, and conversion optimization.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or checkout flows.
