Product Builder (AI)

What you will do

• Define product vision, metrics, and strategy based on customer problems, usage data, and market trends.
• Lead a stream-aligned squad, prioritize the backlog, remove blockers, and support development, testing, and launches.
• Use AI agents for rapid prototyping, execution orchestration, documentation, and task automation.
• Produce requirements, diagrams, and documentation with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Own product operations, performance, costs, and reliability under a “you build it, you run it” model.
• Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and post-mortems.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in software development or product roles within digital products.
• Experience with APIs, technical documentation, and integration flows.
• Ability to define product vision, set metrics, and translate strategy into an autonomous roadmap.
• Technical fluency with REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, basic SQL/NoSQL queries, and architecture trade-offs.
• Experience with agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Strong communication skills and evidence-based product decision-making.
