AI Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Canada-based; remote workplace with an in-person requirement for NYC-based client engagements

What you will do

• Own enterprise client engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead greenfield product initiatives and create prioritized, shippable roadmaps using AI-native approaches.
• Drive legacy platform modernization while balancing technical debt, business continuity, delivery speed, and long-term strategy.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into product strategies, PRDs, success criteria, priorities, and engineering requirements.
• Partner with AI and agentic engineering teams to assess suitable technical approaches and define guardrails, observability, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage multiple engagements, client communications, budgets, timelines, scope changes, and outcome reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of product scope, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
• Agency, consulting, or professional services experience managing multiple clients or accounts.
• Experience in at least two areas: zero-to-one product development, legacy platform rebuild or migration, and client-facing enablement or training.
• Hands-on experience scoping, building, or shipping AI-powered products using AI agents or agentic workflows beyond basic chatbot or prompting use cases.
• Ability to evaluate agentic versus deterministic approaches and collaborate with AI engineers on architecture, evaluation frameworks, observability, and guardrails.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, scoping, prioritization, problem-solving, teaching, and enablement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks, agent observability tools, regulated industries, technical training, workshops, public speaking, or writing about product and AI topics.
• Technical engineering, data, or QA background.
