AI Solution Architect (Consulting)

What you will do

• Lead Data, Analytics, and AI solutioning for strategic sales opportunities and RFP/RFI responses.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures including GenAI, ML, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable technology roadmaps and delivery models.
• Represent the company in customer workshops, executive presentations, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor delivery teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.
• Support the development of internal AI offerings, frameworks, and thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data, AI, solution architecture, or technical presales.
• Proven track record in supporting complex sales opportunities and winning consulting engagements.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Practical knowledge of Databricks or modern data platform technologies.
• Deep understanding of the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, MLOps, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• English: C1 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industries.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, or MLflow.
• Experience building AI transformation roadmaps and leading advisory engagements.
• Public speaking or conference presentation experience.
