BIM Manager

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; onsite role.

What you will do

• Collaborate with structural, architectural, and MEP leads to develop multidisciplinary Revit templates compliant with ISO 19650.
• Establish and maintain Revit family libraries using international classification systems such as OmniClass and UniClass.
• Coordinate CAD standards and create AutoCAD templates aligned with AIA or ISO 13567 layering guidelines.
• Work with international clients to refine and finalize project templates and digital asset libraries.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, including 3 years in BIM management or lead coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit across all disciplines and AutoCAD, with experience developing templates and family libraries.
• Deep understanding of ISO 19650 workflows and international classification systems, including OmniClass, UniClass, or ISO 13567.
• Excellent English communication skills required for collaboration with international clients and department heads.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, structural engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamo or Python for workflow automation and template optimization.
