Sales Engineering Manager, Identity Security - EMEA

Location: Remote, EMEA; London is listed in the employment information. Travel of up to 75% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support the career development of the sales engineering team.
• Partner with sales, R&D, and product teams to qualify opportunities and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Advise customers and stakeholders on identity and data security capabilities throughout the sales cycle.
• Create solution architectures, technical proposals, case studies, and other technical documentation.
• Track industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to inform sales and product strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in sales engineering or a related technical role, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience with cloud security, TDR, CASB, DLP, or data security, plus strong knowledge of identity principles and identity management.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and a fundamental understanding of ML/AI, data regulatory frameworks, privacy, and data retention programs.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure roles, permissions, and APIs, along with fundamental network and database experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and team leadership skills; willingness to travel up to 75%.

Nice to have

• AWS or Azure certifications, including cloud practitioner, solutions architect, cloud security, administrator, or security engineer credentials.
• CCSP certification.
