Salary: $186,900–$317,800 per year

What you will do

• Build and orchestrate a strategic ecosystem of technology and business partners around next-generation AI memory architectures.
• Negotiate and manage senior-level partnerships to integrate AI memory technologies into future reference designs and hardware stacks.
• Identify early adopters, system use cases, design-ins, and strategic proof-of-concepts for emerging memory technologies.
• Work with Product and Sales organizations to communicate the value proposition and commercial potential of AI memory solutions.
• Monitor AI hardware, software, and infrastructure trends, including developments in model deployment and inference systems.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable product development and go-to-market strategy insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent graduate business degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product management within AI hardware, server systems, semiconductors, or memory.
• Demonstrated success building multi-party technology alliances and navigating AI infrastructure partnerships.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI data center architecture, server hardware, memory hierarchies, AI training and inference applications, and the AI data center software ecosystem.
• Ability to lead through influence across engineering, product, and global sales organizations.
• Track record of taking Version 1.0 technologies to initial commercial success and operating effectively in zero-to-one environments.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of AI memory technologies such as HBM, LPDDR, and LPW DRAM.
• Academic background in engineering or science.
