Dispatch Coordinator

Location: Coorparoo, Queensland, Australia; onsite. Monday to Thursday, 1:00 pm–9:06 pm; Friday, 11:00 am–7:06 pm.

What you will do

• Oversee the packing and dispatch area for Pharmacy and Nutrition products.
• Coordinate packing and dispatch teams and take the lead in the area, escalating issues when required.
• Pick finished goods and ensure accurate labelling, packaging, and label reconciliation.
• Arrange transport and couriers using appropriate methods to meet delivery deadlines.
• Book and track deliveries using IFS, Transvirtual, and Direct Couriers, resolving transport issues as needed.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and communicate process changes to the wider team.

Requirements

• Good communication and people skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a responsible attitude to work.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, learn new tasks, and adapt to change.
