Content Processing Specialist (Content Moderation & Engagement)

What you will do

• Moderate reviews and comments on client apps and social platforms according to brand guidelines and policies.
• Analyze user feedback and decide whether to moderate or escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor and engage with reviews, comments, mentions, and other customer communications using the appropriate brand tone.
• Respond to customers and potential customers through public replies, chat, email, direct messages, and app store reviews.
• Identify trends and issues in text, memes, and other media while keeping up with social media and app store terminology.
• Coordinate with clients and managers to maintain safe communities, resolve issues, and ensure consistent quality across shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in content moderation, community management, customer experience support, or digital customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, clear, and socially native style.
• Personal PC or laptop with a working webcam, a stable internet connection, and a suitable home working environment.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule; ability to remain calm, organized, accountable, and consistent under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative or technical digital products, including design, photo or video editing, productivity, or generative AI tools.
• Experience with CRM or social media tools such as Sprout or Sprinklr.
• Experience supporting subscription-based or SaaS products.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools.
