Delivery and Resource Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Location: Fully remote within the UK

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and digital transformation programmes.
• Manage projects as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, including daily stand-ups and resource coordination.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Run concise, decision-focused stand-ups that identify blockers and drive resolution.
• Plan resources, manage capacity, control budgets, and mitigate risks across concurrent projects.
• Engage stakeholders and align delivery resources with client and business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central programmes in a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Previous Scrum Master experience.
• Resource management and capacity planning experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Operations, PSA, or a comparable resource management platform.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to work remotely within the UK.
