What you will do

• Manage structural drawings and calculate gravity tributary loads.
• Design and size structural beams.
• Calculate and design wall bracing plans for lateral wind loads.
• Manage designs and quality control for high-end multifamily homes and apartment buildings.
• Provide structural solutions and fixes for builders, clients, and contractors.
• Meet team deadlines and maintain company design standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing structural drawings and calculating gravity tributary loads.
• Experience sizing beams and designing wall bracing for lateral wind loads.
• High-end multifamily design experience, including homes and apartment buildings.
