Data Scientist – Agentic AI (Python/LLM): Building applied AI and agent-based solutions, machine learning models, LLM-based components, analytical pipelines, and decision logic for client delivery and internal operational efficiency with an accent on data exploration, prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement. Focus on developing agents, handling complex data quality issues, and evolving data- and model-driven solutions in cross-functional environments.

What you will do
- Build applied AI and agent-based solutions with data scientists, engineers, and architects.
- Develop, validate, and improve machine learning models and LLM-based components for business and delivery use cases.
- Participate in data exploration, prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement across the solution lifecycle.
- Develop agents, analytical pipelines, and decision logic while balancing technical quality with delivery needs.
- Document solutions, experiments, and learnings to support adoption and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams operating at different levels of AI maturity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning projects.
- Strong Python skills and experience with core data science libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
- Familiarity with neural networks and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, missing values, unbalanced datasets, and outlier detection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Native or high-level Spanish and fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, and data preparation workflows.
- Experience visualizing and presenting insights to cross-functional teams.
- Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
