TL;DR
Agentic AI Data Scientist (KYC & Wholesale Banking) (Agentic AI, machine learning, entity resolution, and graph analytics): Building scalable AI systems that automate KYC workflows, extract information, resolve corporate entities, and support risk-based decision-making with an accent on multi-agent orchestration, document understanding, and governed AI. Focus on designing and validating auditable solutions for complex banking datasets, integrating graph-based investigations, and deploying systems that meet compliance standards.
Location: Istanbul, Vadistanbul Park, Türkiye; hybrid work with office attendance two days per week during three weeks of each month, plus one fully remote week monthly. Remote work is available throughout August.

What you will do
- Design, develop, validate, and deploy scalable Agentic AI solutions for KYC workflows and decision support.
- Build multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, or similar technologies.
- Develop document understanding and information extraction capabilities.
- Build entity resolution and corporate ownership discovery solutions.
- Apply network and graph analytics to risk and compliance investigations.
- Develop machine learning systems aligned with model governance and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or a related field.
- Experience with Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions, including hands-on experience with at least one agent orchestration framework.
- Strong Python skills and a solid understanding of classical machine learning and modern neural networks.
- Experience applying data science methods to real business problems.
- Interest in information extraction, entity resolution, graph analytics, and network analysis.
- Degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, econometrics, or a related field, plus strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in wholesale banking, KYC, AML, financial crime, model governance, or other regulated industries.
- MSc or PhD in a relevant discipline.
