TL;DR

Principal AI Data Scientist (GenAI): Architecting and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for an enterprise scenario planning platform with an accent on GenAI architecture, LLM fine-tuning, and predictive analytics. Focus on bridging the gap between traditional predictive algorithms and modern generative systems, including autonomous Agentic AI workflows.

Location: Remote (United States / Pennsylvania)

What you will do

  • Lead the research and implementation of advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Time Series Forecasting models.
  • Architect GenAI solutions and fine-tune proprietary and open-source LLMs using Transformer architectures.
  • Design and integrate Conversational AI and autonomous Agentic AI workflows for complex planning tasks.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to transition prototypes into scalable production systems.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and mentor cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional engineering experience in AI, ML, or related domains.
  • Deep technical understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
  • Practical experience fine-tuning LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF for enterprise applications.
  • Experience managing the full model lifecycle using MLOps and LLMOps practices.
  • High proficiency in Python, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development standards.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
  • Background in forecasting, planning, or analytics applications.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global or similar enterprise planning platforms.
  • Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.
