Customer Support Operator (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Baku, Azerbaijan

Salary: €800–€1,100 gross per month

What you will do

• Provide timely and accurate customer support through live chat, instant messengers, and email.
• Handle customer requests and issues while maintaining service quality and a positive user experience.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, internal procedures, and support guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer cases and operational issues.
• Work rotating night shifts.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone.
• Fluent Russian and Turkish at B1+ level required.
• Customer-oriented mindset, empathy, and stress resilience.
• Responsibility, accuracy, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Personal laptop required during the first two weeks of training.
• No prior experience required.
