Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; flexible work arrangements include work from home, flexible start and finish times, and flex time.

What you will do
- Support the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of civil engineering projects.
- Contribute to defence, transport, urban, industrial, water, wastewater, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
- Work independently under the direction of a Project Manager and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Use design tools to produce technical deliverables and prepare reports, contract documents, and technical specifications.
- Liaise with Project Managers and clients to clarify requirements and provide project updates.
- Participate in quality and Health, Safety & Environment programs.
Requirements
- Graduate-level civil engineering background with 1–2 years of experience in an engineering consultancy.
- Ability to contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive approach with a practical and innovative approach to engineering solutions.
- MicroStation or CAD experience is preferred but not essential.
