Compliance Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Holmdel, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work schedule

Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own and drive the compliance program in partnership with the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Security Officer.
• Lead internal and third-party SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA, privacy, and security audits.
• Translate NIST 800-53, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other security requirements into operational action plans.
• Build compliance KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and leadership reporting cadences.
• Partner with Information Security and Infrastructure teams on monitoring, alerting, incident response, and escalation planning.
• Automate recurring compliance processes, evaluate GRC tools, manage policy updates, and oversee vendor management.

Requirements

• Experience working with auditors during internal and external security and compliance audits.
• Working knowledge of NIST 800-53, SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, with the ability to convert requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience developing KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership.
• Familiarity with security monitoring, alerting, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong process improvement, automation, stakeholder management, written communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple audit cycles, risk assessments, policy rollouts, and corrective actions across Information Security, Infrastructure, and Legal teams.
