Salary: $108,960–$130,000 USD per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Review and update compliance policies, standards, controls, guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Lead compliance projects from scope definition and planning through risk mitigation, reporting, and delivery.
• Partner with product, security, and business stakeholders to identify risks and controls for new features and system integrations.
• Manage compliance reports, investigate findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation for audits and government reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of compliance processes, tools, and organizational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of combined experience in auditing, compliance, project management, or business analysis.
• Experience leading FedRAMP compliance and authorization processes is required.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations, including NIST 800-53, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP 20x, or DISA SRG.
• Ability to submit documentation proving U.S. Person status, such as U.S. citizenship, national status, or lawful permanent residence.
• Analytical, investigative, communication, presentation, writing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or PMP certification.
• Experience with GRC or audit tools such as ServiceNow GRC or Archer.
• Practical experience applying industry best practices to complex compliance issues.
