What you will do

• Lead the Customer Trust program and its operations.
• Manage customer security, compliance, privacy, and risk inquiries.
• Own governance and strategy for the Trust Center.
• Develop scalable response content, knowledge libraries, and reusable assurance assets.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on strategic and regulated customer opportunities.
• Build metrics, improve security and compliance programs, and develop a high-performing Customer Trust team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, compliance, GRC, sales engineering, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise and regulated customers.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills.
