Data Analyst, Technical Operations

hirify.global builds AI-enabled service robots that collaborate with clinical staff in hospitals, including its flagship robot Moxi.

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for fleet performance and operational metrics.
• Analyze fleet, service, and customer data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide analysis supporting planned maintenance, issue prioritization, and a scalable service organization.
• Partner with Technical Operations, Service Operations, and Customer Success on time-sensitive questions and decisions.
• Automate recurring reports and maintain data quality, metric definitions, and documentation.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and make actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data, analytics, or operations; strong internship or project experience is considered.
• Working proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and automation; PostgreSQL experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or Claude Cowork.
• Comfort with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and the ability to quickly learn BI or data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Google Apps Script, BigQuery, or the broader Google product ecosystem.
• Exposure to robotics, hardware, IoT, telemetry, time-series, or fleet data.
• Understanding of MTTR, uptime, availability, SLAs, or preventive maintenance.
• Interest in or exposure to healthcare or hospital environments.
