What you will do
- Identify and integrate high-value data sources and partnerships into evaluation and training pipelines
- Design and build evaluations, graders, and feedback loops to measure real-world model behaviors
- Analyze model performance and failure modes to inform targeted datasets and training interventions
- Develop human and synthetic data strategies and manage data-collection programs with vendors
- Build infrastructure and pipelines for reliable data ingestion, inspection, versioning, and evaluation at scale
- Collaborate closely with pre-training, post-training, applied, and partnership teams to improve models
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep technical understanding of LLM training and evaluation, including evaluation design, data curation, reinforcement learning, or reward design
- Strong software engineering skills and experience with automated data/evaluation pipelines or large-scale ML systems
- Proven track record of owning high-impact projects end to end and adapting to changing priorities
- Highly collaborative and action-oriented approach with excitement for advancing AI model progress
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high agency
