Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA

hirify.global is a well-funded startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, building a new agentic stack (PQA) to replace legacy CPQ software for enterprise sales teams.

What you will do

• Own the product end-to-end, building core systems that run in production.
• Design and deploy proactive AI agents for quoting, deal modeling, and complex workflows.
• Build high-performance workflow engines for multibillion-dollar transactions.
• Work directly with Account Executives to iterate on features and solve real-world pain points.
• Ship features from zero to production in two-week sprints.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco as this is an in-person role.
• Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality products end-to-end.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with a focus on balancing speed and quality.
• High autonomy and a builder’s mindset.
• Clear and direct communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Familiarity with agent tooling, eval frameworks, or RAG pipelines.
• Background as a founder or early engineer at a startup.
• Prior experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders.
