TL;DR

Accounts Payable (Finance): Processing accounts payable transactions, expenses, invoices, and remittances with an accent on accuracy, approvals, and safeguarding corporate assets. Focus on maintaining supplier records, validating expense claims, and supporting the Finance team and business unit leadership.

Location: Ontario, Canada

Salary: $40,000–$45,000 per year, with eligibility for a bonus or merit program.

What you will do

Process accounts payable and expense transactions accurately and on time.
Review expense claims for mathematical accuracy and appropriate approval levels.
Process expenses, invoices, and remittances.
Maintain organized files for supplier invoices and expense reports.
Support the Finance team and business unit leadership.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant work experience, or post-secondary education focused on business, accounting, or finance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
