Implementation Engineer, Customer Support (APAC) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global and its product portfolio.
• Lead customer proof-of-concept trials, deployments, and integrations of containerized hirify.global services.
• Advise enterprise customers on full-stack implementation, security best practices, and future solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support integrations with customer technology stacks.
• Plan and present live technical product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product while documenting customer feedback.

Requirements

• Located in the APAC region and able to work remotely.
• Excellent English and grammar.
• Experience in a technical role such as Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer; equivalent education or demonstrable skills may be accepted.
• Strong problem-solving, project-planning, time-management, empathy, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with several relevant technologies, including Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, identity systems, networking, databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SSO implementation with SAML or OpenID Connect and SCIM integrations is beneficial for the role.

Hiring process

• Meeting with the Recruiting Manager.
• Interview with the Manager of Implementation Engineering.
• Interviews with Implementation Engineering team members, followed by an interview with the Chief Customer Officer and VP of Customer Success.
