Senior OneStream Administrator (ERP)

Location: East Peoria, Illinois, or Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $147,760–$240,110 per year

What you will do

• Administer OneStream across development, pre-production, and production environments, monitoring health, performance, maintenance, and reliability.
• Configure and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, cubes, workflows, dashboards, reports, security, and other OneStream artifacts.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot business rules and calculation logic using VB.NET, SQL, and OneStream APIs.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, including data loads, consolidations, translations, eliminations, validations, and reporting.
• Resolve production incidents, manage ERP and data warehouse integrations, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead releases, upgrades, deployment governance, security controls, audit support, disaster recovery readiness, documentation, automation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Hands-on enterprise production experience administering, configuring, developing, and supporting OneStream.
• Deep knowledge of OneStream metadata, workflows, business rules, Cube Views, dashboards, reporting, data management, security, and environment promotion.
• Experience with SOX-regulated public company environments, financial consolidation, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and xP&A.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, release management, upgrades, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of role-based security, segregation of duties, audit controls, access governance, and operational resilience.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in East Peoria, Illinois, or Irving, Texas; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• OneStream administration certification, such as OneStream Certified Associate – Administration R2.
• Experience with multicurrency, multienvironment implementations and integrations with SAP, Oracle, or enterprise data warehouses.
• Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related educational background; accounting or EPM credentials are a plus.
