Location: Fully in office in Reno, Nevada, Monday-Friday

Annual hiring range: $87,900-$115,115

What you will do

• Provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP and resolve issues with business users and IT teams.
• Analyze problems, coordinate fixes, and deliver system enhancements with functional leads, developers, and support peers.
• Use SQL and data analysis for root cause analysis and informed support decisions.
• Participate in incident reviews and problem-solving sessions to improve support quality.
• Share knowledge, mentor less-experienced colleagues, and contribute best practices to reduce recurring issues.

Requirements

• Typically 5-7 years of related experience with a four-year degree, or an advanced degree with three years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing and developing software solutions for business requirements.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including testing, implementation, and auditing.
• Ability to execute, assess, troubleshoot, and correct software programs and applications.
• Experience coding, developing, and documenting software specifications.
• Experience participating in vendor-mandated software upgrades, revisions, fixes, and patches.
