Part-Time Ultrasound Technologist (Women's Health)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Williamsburg and hirify.global SoHo in New York, United States

Salary: $36–$48 per hour

What you will do

• Perform high-quality gynecologic and pelvic ultrasound examinations while prioritizing patient comfort and clinical excellence.
• Review clinical indications and collaborate with ordering providers on appropriate imaging.
• Document examinations accurately, manage patient tracking and follow-up, and support clinical billing requirements.
• Submit comprehensive studies to radiologists and coordinate the return of results to ordering providers.
• Collaborate with providers and radiologists when additional review or escalation is needed.
• Support PACS, teleradiology coordination, patient education, and ultrasound equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical ultrasound experience, including at least 1 year in OB/GYN, gynecology, or women’s health.
• Strong pelvic and gynecologic ultrasound scanning skills, including the ability to recognize abnormalities and escalate findings appropriately.
• Understanding of gynecologic anatomy, symptoms, and common clinical indications for ultrasound.
• Experience with PACS, radiology workflows, ultrasound documentation, and billing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, patient follow-through, and clear communication with providers and radiologists.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment within scope, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
