Senior Fullstack Developer (Vue/TypeScript)

Location: Remote, with listed locations in New York, United States, and Vancouver, Canada

What you will do

• Build robust frontend applications with Vue.js 3.
• Develop real-time web applications for audio and SMS communication with patients.
• Build HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.
• Create and test internal TypeScript packages, including migrations from JavaScript.
• Integrate third-party services such as Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API, and AWS/GCP.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building highly available applications in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Node, Mongoose, and Express.
• Experience with monorepos, especially Turborepo.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology or SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Real-time streaming experience.
