Performance Marketing Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in Warsaw or Munich

What you will do

• Create and ship high-volume static and motion performance ads against real budgets, then measure and iterate on results.
• Adapt and extend the new brand system through storyboards, art direction, illustration, and campaign execution.
• Produce daily social, editorial, short-video, and campaign assets with rapid turnaround.
• Build sales, customer success, and founder decks, plus reusable templates that preserve brand consistency.
• Design event materials including booths, signage, swag, screens, and other digital, print, and spatial assets.
• Redraw product screens for marketing heroes, comparisons, and walkthroughs without owning UI design.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of visual design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating performance ads, social creative, motion, campaigns, illustration, and broader marketing design.
• Strong Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Comfort with high-velocity production, short video, motion, feedback, measurement, and iteration.
• Hands-on AI use throughout the design workflow, including ideation, generation, automation, and internal tooling.
• Self-management, strong written communication, and a bias toward shipping.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or vibe-coding.
• Experience shipping a product, landing pages in Webflow or Framer, or live events at scale.
• Experience running a studio or freelance practice.
• Experience building internal AI tooling for design teams.
• UI/UX experience.
