Senior Designer

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop creative solutions across brand identity, packaging, visual communication, digital design, and time-based media.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Participate in team brainstorms and design critiques.
• Translate strategic project goals and complex design briefs into compelling visual work.
• Balance strategic problem-solving with hands-on design development and independent execution.
• Communicate creative ideas confidently and collaborate on high-quality design outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-performing design environments.
• Outstanding technical mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on complex strategic design briefs and create goal-oriented visual solutions.
• Curiosity about emerging digital platforms and new media technologies.
