Senior Editor (Video)

Location: Burbank, California, United States; onsite. Travel to the Las Vegas venue and work during non-conventional hours are required.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Assemble complex long- and short-form video content with layered graphics and effects.
• Execute the full post-production process, including editing, story editing, media management, audio editing, sound design, color correction, exporting, resizing, compression, and captioning.
• Organize and archive projects and media components on appropriate servers.
• Provide internal expertise in sound design, sound mixing, and original sound scopes.
• Guide and mentor Video Editors and freelance contributors.
• Stay current with editing techniques, trends, and industry standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Video Editor in advertising, branded content, production, or long-form documentary.
• Expert experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sound mixing and color correction skills.
• Refined creative judgment and a deep understanding of storytelling techniques.
• Knowledge of cameras, production equipment, shooting styles, and editing techniques is helpful.
• Availability for onsite work in Burbank, required non-conventional hours, and travel to Las Vegas.
