What you will do

• Plan and execute change projects from current state to target solution for payment and card systems.
• Manage allocated resources (internal, client, and third party) and provide high-level progress reporting.
• Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive assigned initiatives professionally and timely while maintaining high quality.
• Coordinate with hirify.global Hub teams to integrate best practices and support deliverables.
• Provide thought leadership regarding the future of payment and retail banking.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
• Strong understanding of card/payments products and the broader ecosystem.
• Background in management consultancy with a proven ability to build client trust.
• Experience driving both business and technical projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in delivery techniques and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience in business readiness and organizational transformation.
