Working Student (Procurement)

Location: Munich, Germany. Must be an enrolled university student in Germany. Temporary role for 12–24 months, with up to 20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during vacation periods.

What you will do

• Support the Procurement team within BCG's Operations practice.
• Manage everyday lab operations, partnership alliances, demos, and content.
• Collaborate with global experts on procurement-related consulting topics.
• Create and maintain internal databases and knowledge-sharing tools.
• Disseminate insights and best practices across BCG's global network.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Germany in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with large datasets.
• Proficient and responsible use of AI tools for analysis, automation, and efficiency.
• High attention to detail, ownership, reliability, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Prior exposure to procurement or related topics is preferred but not required.
